
After the exertions and solitude of the Auvergne, this weekend has been the perfect contrast. While Bernard put his feet up, I have enjoyed a bit of tourism:

Tomorrow, I’ll be heading into the Jura with Harry to start the third and final leg of my trip. We’re relieved the temperatures have dropped from the high 30s of yesterday – we’re just hoping tonight’s rain and thunder clear up before we start pedalling…
